At SLC, our certified and experienced teachers provide students with complete academic support that is effective and unique. Whether the difficulty is in math, science, or English, we offer immediate homework help to make a demanding class easier and more manageable. At the same time, our tutors reteach and reinforce the foundation concepts a student has not mastered in the past. When students receive homework help with difficult subjects or assignments, we utilize their own textbooks and materials. As soon as practical, we use our own specialized materials to provide supplemental instruction to correct knowledge and skill gaps. Students improve grades and confidence, and build a firm foundation for future learning!
Homework help can also be combined with Study Skills instruction. Not only do students improve grades in difficult subjects, but they also learn the skills necessary for effective studying in general.

Both of my boys look forward to their weekly sessions at the Somerset Learning Center – especially when they are working on projects or studying for tests.
